In Q4 2021, the top five film and television apps in Greece exhibited diverse trends in terms of weekly downloads, active users, and revenue, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here’s a closer look at how each app performed during this period.

ANT1+ saw a significant decrease in weekly downloads from late September to the end of December, starting at 24.9K and dropping to around 7.9K. Weekly active users followed a similar trend, peaking at 22.4K at the beginning of October and ending the year at approximately 14.9K.

COSMOTE TV experienced a notable spike in downloads, particularly in early December, reaching a high of 29.9K. Active users also saw a sharp increase, peaking at over 90K in the first week of December before stabilizing around 63.1K by the end of the quarter.

Netflix maintained a stable performance throughout Q4 2021. Weekly downloads varied between 7.7K and 14.6K, while active users fluctuated, peaking at around 476K in the last week of December. The app’s weekly revenue ranged from approximately $5.5K to $10.6K, with a noticeable peak in late November.

ERTFLIX showed a consistent pattern in both downloads and active users. Downloads ranged from 2.9K to 12.4K, while active users grew steadily, peaking at about 24.3K in mid-October before ending the quarter at around 20.3K.

EON TV experienced fluctuating trends. Downloads saw a significant rise in mid-November, reaching 12.9K, while active users peaked at around 16.9K in the same period. Both metrics stabilized towards the end of December, with active users around 10.1K.
